These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 4rabet platform (4rabet.com) and constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and 4rabet's operating entity ("4rabet", "we", "us"). By registering an account or placing any bet, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility
To use 4rabet Philippines you must: be at least 21 years of age, be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited, have a valid payment method accepted by 4rabet, and not be excluded from gambling under any self-exclusion program. 4rabet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time.
2. Account Registration
Each player may hold only one 4rabet account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 4rabet is not liable for unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account.

Withdrawals must be processed via the same method used for deposits (AML compliance). 4rabet may request additional verification documents for large withdrawals.
4. Bonus Terms
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts. 4rabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of bonuses (including multi-accounting, low-risk wagering strategies, or arbitrage) results in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 4rabet: creating multiple accounts, using bots or automated software, colluding with other players, exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities, accessing 4rabet from prohibited jurisdictions, money laundering or financing terrorism, providing false identification documents.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on 4rabet.com, including software, graphics, logos, and game content, is the property of 4rabet or its licensors. Copying, reproducing, or distributing any 4rabet content without permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
4rabet's liability to you is limited to the amount of your deposit in the event of a service failure. 4rabet is not liable for internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or losses resulting from causes outside our control. Gambling involves risk — any losses sustained while playing are the player's responsibility.
8. Account Closure
4rabet may close or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, withdrawable real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Curaçao eGaming as the licensing authority.
